Vision - Beauty - Coastal Trek 60km walk for charity
My First Blog Post!
Follow my journey as I prepare for and then walk the Fed Hollows Charity Coastal Trek on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia
My goal is to walk evey day for the Month of April leading up to the 60km walk in May. You may say - oh you need to do it to get fit - well yes there is that but I want to walk everyday mindfully as a reminder of how lucky I am that I have a healthy body! A body that its legs work well and have the luxury of being able to get up and walk, a great functioning heart- that enables the rich flow of oxygen to all organs and vital areas of my body to have me function well, my senses and eyes that guides my body through this visual delight of this world.
Today I woke up in appreciation as I went on my beach walk with my dogs and just thought how very blessed I am that I live in a lucky country Australia, in this beautiful part of the world, that I was born into a family that could provide for me and that I have done okay for myself - live and and see every day a beautiful scene of the blue/green beach, the surrounding tea trees and lovely red, yellow sunsets.
So I guess I am walking this walk as a way of saying thankyou to the universe if you like, for my blessings and that my blessings shall therefore ripple out to others enabling some beautiful miracles to occur in their lives. Now that is a WOW!
Let me say a big thankyou - whether its monetary, good thoughts, wishes, encouragement - thanks for connecting together in support of uplifting this planet in our own ways :)
Lots of Love

- That it is the 12th wedding anniversary flower.
- Peony is named after Paeon, the Greek God of medicine and healing.
